• The goal of the CSL course is to provide students with the chance to study and take part in a service opportunity within the community. Students will research the problem area in which they are volunteering, reflect with the class about their experience, and engage in personal, academic and social growth. Students will be awarded .5 credits upon successful completion of this course, which requires a minimum of four (4) hours of service per week for a total of fifty (50) hours for the semester. A solid work ethic and responsible conduct are essential to success in this program.
